Ингредиенты, приготовление пищи, приемы пищи и совместное питание составляют основу культурной самобытности и преемственности сообществ на Шелковом пути. Гастрономия позволяет сосредоточиться на важных моментах социального обмена и общения, предлагая подтверждение идентичности семьи, групп или сообществ. В области гастрономии происходили обмены материальными и нематериальными элементами между различными регионами и культурами на Шелковом пути. От чая, кофе или других напитков до таких компонентов, как специи, зерновые и рис, макароны, молочные продукты, барбекю, хлеб, рецепты и блюда. Кроме того, в рамках общественных мероприятий и ритуалов, связанных с сохранением и потреблением этих конкретных продуктов питания и блюд, было много элементов культурного обмена между народами на Шелковом пути. На сегодняшний день, эти обмены привели к общему гастрономическому наследию со многими сходствами между гастрономическими традициями регионов на историческом Шелковом пути.

Фотоконкурс «Шелковый путь глазами молодежи» предоставляет возможность участникам поделиться изображениями гастрономических традиций и ритуалов как общая часть нашей повседневной жизни на Шелковом пути.

Ингредиенты, приготовление пищи, приемы пищи и совместное питание составляют основу культурной самобытности и преемственности сообществ на Шелковом пути. Гастрономия позволяет сосредоточиться на важных моментах социального обмена и общения, предлагая подтверждение идентичности семьи, групп или сообществ. В области гастрономии происходили обмены материальными и нематериальными элементами между различными регионами и культурами на Шелковом пути. От чая, кофе или других напитков до таких компонентов, как специи, зерновые и рис, макароны, молочные продукты, барбекю, хлеб, рецепты и блюда. Кроме того, в рамках общественных мероприятий и ритуалов, связанных с сохранением и потреблением этих конкретных продуктов питания и блюд, было много элементов культурного обмена между народами на Шелковом пути. На сегодняшний день, эти обмены привели к общему гастрономическому наследию со многими сходствами между гастрономическими традициями регионов на историческом Шелковом пути.

Фотоконкурс «Шелковый путь глазами молодежи» предоставляет возможность участникам поделиться изображениями гастрономических традиций и ритуалов как общая часть нашей повседневной жизни на Шелковом пути.
