Gastronomie et production alimentaire

La cuisine, les ingrédients, les techniques de service et les repas pris ensemble forment les fondements de l'identité culturelle des communautés des Routes de la Soie. La gastronomie est l'épicentre de moments d’échanges et de communication entre les personnes, offrant à la fois une sauvegarde et un renouvellement de l’identité de la famille, du groupe ou de la communauté. De nombreux éléments matériels et immatériels ont été échangés dans le domaine de la gastronomie et de la production alimentaire entre les différentes régions et cultures des Routes de la Soie. Tels que le thé, café, ou bien diverses boissons; en passant par les épices, les céréales, le riz, les pâtes ou les nouilles; les produits laitiers; le barbecue; le pain; les recettes et plats. De même, lors d'événements sociaux et de rituels entourant la préservation et la consommation de ces aliments et plats spécifiques, de nombreux éléments d’échanges culturels ont eu lieu entre différentes personnes sur les Routes de la Soie. Aujourd’hui, ces échanges ont abouti à des patrimoines gastronomiques partagés présentant de nombreuses similitudes entre les traditions alimentaires des régions situées le long des Routes historiques de la Soie. Le concours photo le Regard de la Jeunesse sur les Routes de la Soie offre aux participants une occasion de partager leurs photos de ces traditions et rituels gastronomiques communs faisant partie intégrante de notre vie quotidienne le long des Routes de la Soie. |

Gastronomie et production alimentaire

La cuisine, les ingrédients, les techniques de service et les repas pris ensemble forment les fondements de l'identité culturelle des communautés des Routes de la Soie. La gastronomie est l'épicentre de moments d’échanges et de communication entre les personnes, offrant à la fois une sauvegarde et un renouvellement de l’identité de la famille, du groupe ou de la communauté. De nombreux éléments matériels et immatériels ont été échangés dans le domaine de la gastronomie et de la production alimentaire entre les différentes régions et cultures des Routes de la Soie. Tels que le thé, café, ou bien diverses boissons; en passant par les épices, les céréales, le riz, les pâtes ou les nouilles; les produits laitiers; le barbecue; le pain; les recettes et plats. De même, lors d'événements sociaux et de rituels entourant la préservation et la consommation de ces aliments et plats spécifiques, de nombreux éléments d’échanges culturels ont eu lieu entre différentes personnes sur les Routes de la Soie. Aujourd’hui, ces échanges ont abouti à des patrimoines gastronomiques partagés présentant de nombreuses similitudes entre les traditions alimentaires des régions situées le long des Routes historiques de la Soie. Le concours photo le Regard de la Jeunesse sur les Routes de la Soie offre aux participants une occasion de partager leurs photos de ces traditions et rituels gastronomiques communs faisant partie intégrante de notre vie quotidienne le long des Routes de la Soie. |
